We defend clients in criminal cases - including drug offences and drink-driving - and handle divorce and inheritance matters. A law firm based in Kraków, with an office in Katowice, working across the Lesser Poland and Silesia regions.
You know who is responsible for your case - and you speak to that person at every stage.

How can we help you?
01
Criminal law
Defence at every stage: from arrest and the pre-trial investigation, through the trial, to post-sentencing matters. We also represent victims of crime.
Proceedings concerning possession, supply and trafficking of controlled substances. We examine the evidence, expert reports and the way the procedural steps were carried out.
Divorce, maintenance, contact with children, parental responsibility and division of property - handled with care for the family's emotions and safety.
We do not make the law more complicated than it needs to be. First we get to know the client's situation, then we explain the available options and together choose the right course of action - speaking openly about both the prospects and the risks.
The firm is built around two lawyers, and criminal cases are our main practice area. We work where our clients are: in Kraków and Katowice, and in smaller towns across Lesser Poland and Silesia - from Tarnów and Nowy Sącz to Chrzanów and Jaworzno.
Plain language
We explain opinions and court documents so that you can make a decision with real understanding, not on trust alone.
A plan, not generalities
After the consultation you know what the possible scenarios are and exactly what happens next.
A response when the matter is urgent
In criminal cases time can matter most - which is why we set priorities at the very first contact.
An experienced criminal defence and trial lawyer with over 15 years of practice in criminal law. A specialist in drug offences. He defends clients at every stage of proceedings - from arrest and the first steps taken by law enforcement to trial and appeal.
What I valued most was that after every conversation I knew exactly what stage my case was at and what would happen next. Difficult points were explained calmly and in human terms, without scare tactics and without empty promises.
Private client
criminal case
A focused conversation, a clear plan of action and an honest assessment of the situation. Exactly what I was looking for when I had no idea where to start.
Private client

They responded quickly even when the matter was urgent. I knew who to call and that I would get an answer rather than generalities.
Business owner
ongoing legal support
Contracts come back to us quickly, with comments the board can understand as well as the lawyers.
Private client
inheritance case
The inheritance case had dragged on in our family for years. Here, for the first time, someone sat down, put the documents in order and said plainly what could be done.

Where we work
We handle cases mainly in the Lesser Poland and Silesia regions - representing clients before the courts in Kraków and Katowice, as well as in smaller towns across the region. If you do not see your town listed, call us and ask whether we can take on your case.
The simplest way is by telephone or through the form at the bottom of this page. During the call we will agree a time, a convenient office and which documents are worth bringing. You can also tell us how you prefer to be contacted - we will call you back or reply in writing.
Call as soon as you can and give us the basic facts: who was arrested, when and where, and what - as far as you know - the case is about. In situations like these it is important that a defence lawyer becomes involved while the first procedural steps are still being taken.
Anything connected with the case: letters from the court, the prosecutor's office or the police, summonses, contracts and correspondence. If you have no documents, or do not know which ones matter - nothing is lost. For the first conversation it is enough to describe the situation, and we will work out the list of documents together.
Yes. An advocate is bound by professional secrecy covering everything learned in the course of providing legal assistance. This applies to the first conversation as well, even if you decide not to instruct us further.
We arrange telephone or video consultations case by case - ask about it when you book. For some matters, especially when documents need to be reviewed together, meeting at one of our offices is more practical.
We agree the length when booking. An hour is usually enough to discuss the situation calmly, review the documents and set out the possible courses of action. For more complex matters we arrange a longer meeting.
You receive an account of your legal position and the possible scenarios together with their consequences. Only then do you decide whether to instruct the firm to take on the case. If you do, we agree the scope of work, how fees are settled and how we will stay in touch.
Always individually, and always before we begin. Depending on the nature of the matter we charge a fee for handling the whole case, an hourly rate or a retainer - and we confirm the agreed terms in writing so that nothing is left unclear.
There is no way to predict it in advance - it depends on the stage of the proceedings, the number of pieces of evidence and witnesses, and the court's workload. What we can do is explain which stages lie ahead of you and what genuinely speeds proceedings up or draws them out.
Yes. We work mainly in the Lesser Poland and Silesia regions, including Tarnów, Nowy Sącz, Chrzanów, Oświęcim, Bochnia, Wieliczka and Jaworzno. Cases in other parts of the country are arranged individually.
Yes - choosing your defence lawyer or representative remains your decision even once proceedings have begun. When we take a case over, we study the file and tell you plainly what can still be done at that stage and what has already been settled.
Yes. When booking a consultation, tell us which office suits you best - the contact form has a separate field for this. Meetings take place by prior appointment; if the earliest slot at your chosen office is a long way off, we will suggest an alternative.
The first step
Let us talk about your situation
You do not need your documents in order, and you do not need to know the law. Just tell us what is happening - we will plan the way forward together.
