Who will handle
your case

Your case is handled by a named advocate - the same person you speak to at first contact and who appears in court.

§01The lawyers

A defence lawyer who handles your case personally

A named person handles your case - and that is who you speak to at every stage. We do not pass clients between lawyers without reason and without telling them.

§02How we work

What you can expect from us

  • A conversation with an advocate

We will not refer you to a call centre. You discuss the case with the person handling it.

  • An honest assessment of your prospects

We also talk about the risks and about what cannot be achieved - even when that means turning the instruction down.

  • A response in urgent matters

When someone is arrested, hours matter - in such situations we set priorities immediately.

  • Terms in writing

We agree the scope of work and the fee before the case begins.

  • Updates on progress

You know what stage the case is at and what will happen next.

  • A meeting wherever suits you

Four offices in Kraków and Katowice, plus remote consultations.

§03How we work together

From the first conversation to a resolution

  1. Contact and appointment

Call or write - we will arrange a consultation time and a convenient office.

  2. Reviewing the case

We listen, examine the documents and ask the questions that bring order to the situation.

  3. Possible options

We set out the possible courses of action along with their prospects and risks.

  4. Agreeing the terms

We put the scope of work and the fee in writing before we start.

  5. Running the case

We represent you before the courts and authorities, keeping you informed of each next step.

The first step

Let us talk about your situation

You do not need your documents in order, and you do not need to know the law. Just tell us what is happening - we will plan the way forward together.
