§02Bochnia
How we handle cases in Bochnia
Although Bochnia is closer to Kraków than to Tarnów, it belongs to the Tarnów region: appeals against judgments of the Bochnia District Court are heard by the Tarnów Regional Court, and the district prosecutor is supervised by the Tarnów regional prosecutor. Nowy Wiśnicz prison is a dozen or so kilometres from Bochnia.
Most people who contact us have criminal, drug or drink-driving cases, and there are also convicted persons and their families with post-sentencing matters. The first conversation can take place by phone - we will tell you then which documents we need.

Yes. An advocate can appear before any court in Poland. We travel to hearings in Bochnia and discuss the case with the client at our Kraków Czyżyny office or remotely.
Sąd Okręgowy w Tarnowie (Tarnów Regional Court). The appeal is filed through the court that gave the judgment, within 14 days of service of the judgment with its written reasons.
Tarnów. The Bochnia District Court belongs to the Tarnów Regional Court's area, and that is where the appeal goes.
