§02Jaworzno
How we handle cases in Jaworzno
Since 1 April 2022 the Jaworzno District Court has belonged to the Sosnowiec Regional Court's area rather than, as before, to the Katowice area. Appeals are therefore heard in Sosnowiec, and the district prosecutor is supervised by the Sosnowiec regional prosecutor. Our Katowice office is the closest place to meet.
Most people who contact us have criminal, drug or drink-driving cases, and there are also convicted persons and their families with post-sentencing matters. The first conversation can take place by phone - we will tell you then which documents we need.
