How we handle cases in Nowy Sącz
Nowy Sącz is the seat of a separate court and prosecution region, which also covers Limanowa and Gorlice. Appeals against district court judgments from this area are heard by the Nowy Sącz Regional Court on ul. Pijarska, not by the court in Kraków. The prison is on the same street as the regional court.
