How we handle cases in Oświęcim
The Oświęcim District Court is on the Main Market Square, and appeals against its judgments are heard by the Kraków Regional Court. Oświęcim lies on the border of Lesser Poland and Silesia - for road incidents on the routes towards Bielsko-Biała or Katowice, which court has jurisdiction depends on which side of the border the incident happened.
Most people who contact us have criminal, drug or drink-driving cases, and there are also convicted persons and their families with post-sentencing matters. The first conversation can take place by phone - we will tell you then which documents we need.

Yes. An advocate can appear before any court in Poland. We travel to hearings in Oświęcim and discuss the case with the client at our Kraków Zwierzyniec office or remotely.
Sąd Okręgowy w Krakowie (Kraków Regional Court). The appeal is filed through the court that gave the judgment, within 14 days of service of the judgment with its written reasons.
