§02Tarnów
How we handle cases in Tarnów
Tarnów has its own regional court, so a case can go through both instances without leaving the city: the district court, the regional court and both levels of prosecutor are all at ul. Dąbrowskiego 27. There are also two prisons in the city - in post-sentencing matters, such as an application for a break in a sentence or early release, the penitentiary court in Tarnów is often the one that decides.
Most people who contact us have criminal, drug or drink-driving cases, and there are also convicted persons and their families with post-sentencing matters. The first conversation can take place by phone - we will tell you then which documents we need.

Yes. An advocate can appear before any court in Poland. We travel to hearings in Tarnów and discuss the case with the client at our Kraków Czyżyny office or remotely.
Sąd Okręgowy w Tarnowie (Tarnów Regional Court). The appeal is filed through the court that gave the judgment, within 14 days of service of the judgment with its written reasons.
